INTRODUCING GERMANY TO ASIA is my passion. It is my objective to help Asians understand and get to know Germany. Its people, culture, tradition, values, literature, art and most particularly, its language. I wish to create a platform where young minds and educators from Asia and Germany would be able to communicate virtually or a person
INTRODUCING GERMANY TO ASIA is my passion. It is my objective to help Asians understand and get to know Germany. Its people, culture, tradition, values, literature, art and most particularly, its language. I wish to create a platform where young minds and educators from Asia and Germany would be able to communicate virtually or a person to person meeting through student exchange or visit.
Just recently, ESWWSE has started ‘GLOBAL YOUTH CONNECT’ to pave a collaboration and connection between youth clubs or organizations through online digital platforms. In this manner, the young people from different parts of the world would be able to connect to each other and learn from each other. There are many international organizations now which offer youth leadership trainings, competitions, seminars or conferences (presence or online) which do not reach many of these youth organizations. I believe that if we can put them together and be organized then we create a greater chance for them to improve and succeed.

Objectives:
This project got two main objectives which were pushed forward by the organizers and the participating schools in Germany.
The Klassik Stiftung Weimar, Thüringian Ministry of Education Science and Culture represented by THHILM (Institut für Lehrerfortbildung Lehrplanenentwicklung und Medien) aimed to introduce the visiting
students from Asia to discover German cultural history through the introduction to the Weimar Classicism. Goethe, Schiller, Herder, Wieland just to name a few great names of Germany and Europe's intellectual past had contributed to the extraordinary rich cultural of this country. East Speaks West, West Speaks East adheres to its conviction that one couldn't understand Germany's past without having been introduced to this part of this German history.
The guided visits to the different historical monuments and the several project workshops offered to the students by the Klassik Stiftung Weimar lead to the awareness of alternative approaches to learning

This is a project which aims to create a chance for elementary school children to be introduced to a foreign language. According to the 2018 report, only 10,526 out of 11 million students could avail of Special Program in Foreign Language (SPFL) classes in public schools in the Philippines.

This is a project which aims to create a chance for elementary school children to be introduced to a foreign language. According to the 2018 report, only 10,526 out of 11 million students could avail of Special Program in Foreign Language (SPFL) classes in public schools in the Philippines.
ESWWSE launched the project "GERMAN FOR CHILDREN" collaborating with Palanas Elementary School in the Philippine last school year 2023-2024. The first batch of students completed the project successfully.
Mr Nicell G. Maravillas is the project coordinator .
The project is ongoing.
